Founding partners

Form Ghana Ltd. is a consortium of two companies: Form international and Wienco Ghana Ltd. The Dutch Agency for International Business and Cooperation (EVD) has been an important partner financier of Form Ghana during the set-up phase the first two years.




Form international was established in 1992. Form works for governments, NGO's, international organisations and private companies, both in the Netherlands and abroad. The company is ISO 9001 certified. The staff of Form international includes many experts with years of international experience in the field of forest certification, implementation of sustainable forest management and plantation management. Form also has a network of associated experts with various technical specialties and regional experience.


 logo_Wienco_Ghana.gif Wienco® Ghana Limited was established in 1979. It is a joint venture Ghanaian-Dutch Company involved in businesses in the Agricultural sector. The core business of the company is import and distribution of fertilisers and other agricultural inputs, both organic and inorganic. The firm is also specialised in yield improvements for cocoa (Cocoa Abrabopa Association) and corn (Industrial Maïs Project). The company has offices in Accra, Tamale and Tema, that serve as distribution outlets for all the products to the various key wholesalers nationwide.


Penta Ltd. is a well-known hotel in Accra, owned by Mr. Kwesi E.R. Ofori, a retired banker.
